This week a lot of conference talk, yet another instance of Agile in real life and an announcement of a Christmas themed idea for amping up your team’s Agile Principle skillz.

Erin lives in New York and works at Spotify! Complete with New York sirens in the background we talk about what it’s like working there. Having the scale that Spotify has requires the need for smooth execution to increase the likely-hood of success and coaching is one way to help with that.

Last weekend Alex spoke along with many other agilitists at the 10 year birthday of the Scrum and Agile Meetup that Martin Kearns originally started and many more have continued as a learning community. Now over 4500 people belong to this meetup and some amazing offspring of this community have been the many talks, and conferences and gatherings and conversations had over the years.
