Most change isn't simple, nor predictable, so over-planning creates a false sense of control. Instead, we iteratively co-design your future operating system. Starting with your priority focus themes, we identify and choose specific changes to trial, adapt and then adopt the practices to scale.
While this first set of changes moves onto Scale, we re-prioritise and select additional changes to Trial.
