What’s happening at ReBoot Co. now…
There's been a lot of great conversation on LinkedIn lately about AI-it's definitely influenced a few of the articles we've included below. I've also been enjoying some hot takes, like this one, about Jira, which stirred up some lively debate.
On the Team Topologies front, I've just wrapped up a review with a recent client that will feature in an upcoming official TT case study-stay tuned.
If you're interested in the Team Topologies Masterclass that will be on-line with Matthew Skelton and myself, join the waitlist by messaging me here. There's also a new edition of Team Topologies book about to launch-you can reserve your ticket here and meet the guys at the on-line launch!
We’re proud to continue our sponsorship of Tech Leading Ladies, an amazing community of inspiring and aspiring tech leaders, if you’re women identifying or non-binary and work in software development and technology roles I would love for you to join me there.
As ever, things are buzzing at ReBoot Co. Tony's been deep in the trenches with one client as they take big steps towards new ways of working, while I've been collaborating with leadership teams across several organisations to do the work of finding the flow. There's been a mix of gigs wrapping up and kicking off with our extended team as well as training to deliver as usual, and a good sprinkling of leadership offsites to design and facilitate. Finally, there’s a new kid on the block - ReBoot Colabs, you can read more below…
Would love to know, does this more conversational, behind-the-scenes style resonate with you? Let me know what lands (or what doesn’t). Always experimenting, always evolving.
Cheers,
Alex
ReBoot Colabs
We're launching our own incubator: ReBoot Colabs-hope you like the name! Our first experiment out of Colabs is Tessiro, a tool we're currently putting through its paces in Beta. We're using it ourselves daily and evolving it through a test-and-learn approach in response to real customer challenges. Tessiro is designed to help tech leaders get a clearer picture of their teams-and it's already proving invaluable for redesigning departments to be more cross-functional and effective.
If you're curious, get in touch to join the next round of customer testing.

Origin Stories…
Did you know Alex's journey toward Agile ways of working began before the term "Agile Software Development" was even invented? The year was 1997. Her team shipped some software-and within moments, 200 people stood up from their desks... all staring at the same Blue Screen of Death. It didn't make the news, but it did spark a lifelong obsession with finding better ways to build and deliver tech. Curious how that moment set everything in motion? You'll find the full story (and plenty more) in her book.
