Rowan Bunning joined us via Hangout in Sydney, we kindly gave up some time to talk to us about what he sees happening in the Agile community in Australia and Globally. Some of the anti-patterns we see in the trenches as well as what’s interesting in terms of new ideas, concepts, and books.

It was delightful to have Adrian on The Weekly ReBoot as our final special guest bonus episode for 2018. Adrian is well known in the Agile community in Melbourne (and beyond) and brings his authenticity and passion to everything he does. Working with Adrian is a joy, and his genuine enthusiasm and capabilities are certainly unique among senior accomplished leaders of digital teams and companies. He’s a no B.S. guy and he just wants the best for people and teams and is striving to help us be better.

Today we talk to Ed Wong AKA @Littlehelper who runs Tabar who are well known for a bunch of Australian conferences and events. He is a quiet achiever in the Agile community and a real contributor to sharing of knowledge and collaborating across many platforms companies, independents and experts in the industry. We caught up with Jay Hyett (On his Birthday!) to talk about his work at Envato as a Senior Delivery Coach and he let’s us in to some of the tips and hints that allow them to achieve face to face collaboration whilst having a very remote friendly culture.
